I recently purchased our Dach from Galaxy Golf Cart in Plano after shopping around and I’m glad we did for I had a concern and reached out to the location on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving thinking I wouldn’t hear back from them until at lease Friday if even then. To my surprise I got an email back from Eric who is the owner within 30 minutes assuring me that he would have my problem “ opportunity “ resolved ASAP. Here we are less than a week from when I reached out to them and all has been corrected to my complete satisfaction. Since my background during my work career was customer service this really impressed me just knowing customer service is still alive at Galaxy. We started talking with Eric at Galaxy Golf Cars in late spring about getting a new golf cart. We were wanting a true golf cart with only two seats, and the Epic E20FX (2026 model) had just been announced that seemed to fit the bill perfectly. We ordered for my wife's birthday and hoped to have the cart by the end of August. In the meantime, he made us a great deal on a loaner for one of his Conquest 4-seaters. It was a nice cart, but took up more room than we would have liked (which is why we were looking at a two seater). As additional delays on the new cart extended out beyond August, he was able to swap the Conquest out for a 2025 model Epic E20 as a loaner. It was a better fit, and we were glad to have it until took delivery of the new one in October. What a difference! The new cart has a stronger motor (6.3 kW vs 5.0 kW), a lit frunk, wireless charging pad, color changing perimeter & interior lighting, larger ice chests (it has 2 ice chests and two sand bottles), a key fob instead of a traditional key, a metal instead of plastic storage basket, and a better sound system. Both are LSV (low speed vehicle) rated, with turn signals (bonus: auto-canceling on the new model!), rear view mirror, side view mirrors with turn signal lights, brake lights, headlights, and horn. The only things I would change would be to either relocate the horn from the steering wheel back to a stalk or make it so it could be switched off for on-course use. I've accidentally honked at several people trying to write my score down! Also, the backup signal is super loud but I've seen several solutions that can help address that. Would be nice if there was simply an "on course mode" that disabled both the horn and the backup signal, or at least lowered its volume. Overall, it's been a great experience, despite the delays and some unexpected added costs. We love the new midnight metallic color that we went with, much better than the blue on the previous model, and the black seats with blue stitching are nice as well. Galaxy has been committed to keeping us up to date, gone above and beyond with the rental, and we'd recommend the company and the owner Eric to anyone looking for a new cart, whether you want the 2-seater like we have, or a larger version (both the E40FX and E60FX have four forward-facing seats, which to me is a huge plus versus 2+2 models).Posted on Dan CzwornogTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
