At Galaxy Golf Cars, we are proud of the quality and reliability of our golf carts and accessories. Please read our return policy carefully, as most sales are final and returns are limited.

Accessory Returns

Only defective accessory products are eligible for return.
Defective accessory returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
Proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Golf Cart Returns

All golf cart sales are final. Golf carts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you experience any issues with your golf cart, please visit our Plano store and speak directly with a manager.
Any returns or resolutions related to golf carts will be handled in-store and at the sole discretion of management on a case-by-case basis.

Sales Finality and Chargebacks

Once a purchase is complete, you may not cancel your order for any reason. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited. Initiating a chargeback after purchase breaches these Terms and you will remain liable for the full purchase amount, shipping costs, transaction fees, and any additional fees incurred during dispute resolution.
You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase, including all associated charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-defective items, custom orders, and special-order products are not eligible for return.
Used, modified, or damaged products resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
