From the minute I left a message the owner called me back (while he had pneumonia!) immediately and worked through upgrading our battery to a lithium.   The work was completed 2 days later flawlessly.  I have had trouble in the past with other companies work or customer service and Galaxy is by far the best. We stopped by Galaxy Golf Cars in Plano and the service we received was impeccable! Candace, the manager was ready to let us take test drives and was so knowledgeable about all of the carts. She took us step by step through our purchase of our Epic Icon lithium battery 6-seater and we could not be more pleased. Eric, the owner personally delivered the cart to Wichita Falls, so we could enjoy it for the weekend and we absolutely LOVE it!
