We had such a fantastic experience with Galaxy Golf Cars! We needed mobile repair service for our cart, and scheduling was super easy and they fit us in within a few days. They diagnosed the problem quickly and the repairs were done right on the spot. The technician took the time to walk through everything he did and made sure we were completely satisfied. From the first time I walked into their showroom, to the first interaction with the staff, to the communication leading up to the purchase of the cart, to the ongoing communication setting up delivery, and to time the cart was delivered by the OWNER, my experience with them has been five stars. If you’re looking for a golf cart, definitely check out Galaxy Golf Cars! From the moment we walked in, the whole experience was easy and stress-free. Candace was amazing — super friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She made the whole buying process enjoyable. Eric and his team also went above and beyond. They even stayed late and helped me arrange a special surprise for my family during the delivery. That really meant a lot to us! Great people, great service, and a great experience. Wonderful experience with Galaxy Golf Cars. We looked at numerous stores, and Galaxy was definitely a step above the rest. Great selection, and Candace and Eric couldn’t have been more helpful. First time I have used Galaxy Golf Cart services and was blown away by the service and professionalism.  From the minute I left a message the owner called me back (while he had pneumonia!) immediately and worked through upgrading our battery to a lithium.   The work was completed 2 days later flawlessly.  I have had trouble in the past with other companies work or customer service and Galaxy is by far the best. We live in Wichita Falls and decided to drive to Dallas to look at golf carts a few weeks ago. We stopped by Galaxy Golf Cars in Plano and the service we received was impeccable! Candace, the manager was ready to let us take test drives and was so knowledgeable about all of the carts. She took us step by step through our purchase of our Epic Icon lithium battery 6-seater and we could not be more pleased. Eric, the owner personally delivered the cart to Wichita Falls, so we could enjoy it for the weekend and we absolutely LOVE it!
